If for any reason you are unhappy with your customized full lace wig,please email us immediately,and we will re-make it for you IF your unhappiness is because we messed up somehow. With the ready to ship wigs,if item is not sent as described,you may send it back,and we will re-make the wig for you as advertised(should never be a problem). Also if you are unhappy with the ready to ship wig for any reason,you may send it back,and we will make you a new one,IF the item is returned uncut,unaltered and sent back within 5 business days.There will be NO REFUNDS.If you have any questions about Allaboutmyhair’s guarantee or products, please contact us immediately at customerservice@allaboutmyhair.com
Exchanges
We will allow one exchange per transaction as long as the item purchased is in the original condition,and unaltered in ANY way. There will be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE added to all exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to All About My Hair and to get the exchange back to you. We will invoice you the shipping charge before shipping the exchange. If you paid by money order or cashiers check,please include the shipping fee with your wig. All exchanges must be approved before you send the item back.
