Company Policies
All About My Hair INC, stands behind every product we sell, we have listed our company policies below.. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us immediately at customerservice@allaboutmyhair.comStandard shipping-All orders ship within 72 business hours. Business hours are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 7 days to receive your package.
Express shipping- All Express orders will be processed and shipped the same day if ordered by 3pm central time. All Express orders made after 3pm central time will go out the next day.
International Orders
We do accept international orders. All International orders will ship within 72 business hours. Please allow 10 days for delivery of your items.
Custom orders
Customized wigs generally take 4-5 weeks to make. Customized lace frontals and closures take 3-4 weeks to make.
All About My Hair Inc. has a no refund/exchange only policy.
You have 5 days to make an exchange once you have received it. We will not accept any hair or wig that has been altered in any way. You can not curl,dye,wash,flat iron or process the hair in any way,we will not accept it. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange back to us,and for getting it back. We will send you an invoice for the cost of shipping,plus any other fees associated with your exchange,or you may include a money order with your returned exchange.
Once and order has been processed and shipped it can not be canceled.
All About My Hair does not sale or share your information with anyone. Additionally,if you have opted out of newsletters we will not send you any.
